We stayed at this accommodation during our visit to Munich and had a very pleasant experience. The location is fantastic and pretty quiet, but yet just a short walk from the main train station and within walking distance to the city center. It's very well connected to everything you'd want to see in and around Munich, yet you can still easily walk to the main attractions if you prefer exploring on foot. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, especially Susanne, who was always smiling and welcoming. Complimentary tea and coffee available throughout the day were a really nice bonus to our stay in this hotel. It was such a nice touch to come back after a long day of sightseeing and be able to relax with a hot drink. We also opted for breakfast on-site, and it turned out to be a great decision. The breakfast was quite varied, with plenty of options available regardless of what time you showed up. The only thing worth mentioning, especially for solo female travelers, is the area around the train station. There is a noticeable presence of Middle Eastern shops and communities in that part of town, which can feel a bit overwhelming, especially in the evenings. We never felt unsafe at any point, but the atmosphere might not be ideal for everyone. On the plus side, there are several amenities nearby, including shopping centers, cafés, bakeries, supermarkets, and more—all within walking distance, which made our stay very convenient. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely recommend this place for its location, cleanliness, and friendly service.

We stayed here for 3 nights for a short weekend trip in Munich. The rooms and hotel itself was a lot more artsy and well furnished/styled inside than we’d expected it to be - the photos definitely don’t do it justice. Loved the free unlimited use of the coffee machine and tea station downstairs and there’s a great bakery directly across the street that we had breakfast at every day for about $5-6aud pp. The hotel’s breakfast buffet looked pretty basic for the price of $20audpp so we’re happy we didn’t go for that option. Only complaints would be that there’s no water refill stations or taps in the dining area (and our standard sized water bottle couldn’t fit under the tap in our room) so we had to fill up our water in the downstairs male bathroom which felt a bit gross. We had to leave the windows open to cool the room down at night, and unfortunately there was quite a bit of street noise that came through despite being on the 4th level, though earplugs did the trick. Location was about a 20min walk from the old town. Definitely not as nice of an area as other hotels but for the price and comfort, I think it’s very much worth it. Would 100% return here if we came back to Munich :)

We searched for the hotel not far away from the center, in calm area, so it fitted us perfectly. We could walk to center like 30 minutes, so we never used train or bus, even if train station is really close. Rooms a bit small, so for trip in 2-3 days is good hotel, breakfasts system i liked, you pay only if you go to breakfast, it was quite nice breakfast for 8 euro. They have own parking, it was priority for us when we chose hotel, parking small, for like 5-6 cars, but it was also not a problem, when was no places, we blocked other cars once and we left keys to reception, so they could move our car, not best decision of course, but other day we had a place to park a car.

If you want a mid range hotel at a modest price this is to be recommended. The rooms were small but clean and comfortable. The staff were welcoming. The breakfast is amazing value at 8 Euros. There is good bakery opposite. Its position is an easy 10 minute walk from Hackerbrucke station which is one stop down from the Central Station which is also in walking distance. Also if you want somewhere to eat and have a drink try the busy but welcoming Augustiner Bräustuben which is 100 metres or so away on Landsberger Strasse. It is also close to where the Octoberfest is held but it seems booked for then.

The hotel is located quite close to the city center with a lot of sightseeing and shops around. You can reach the tram in 5 mn walk or the Ubahn (metro/underground) in 10 mn walk, and from there easily access the center of the city. The district is very calm and unlike some hotels, we can completely open the window to get some fresh air in, a good plus! The elevator is very welcome when you have heavy luggages and the staff is very good. The location is especially good for people going to Oktoberfest as it's only 10 mn away by foot through the Forum shopping mall.
